Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Technician to join our Night shift team in Allentown. The PCT will support licensed clinicians and assist with direct and indirect patient care, ensuring safety, comfort, and efficient unit operations.

Experience with telehealth tools may be used to facilitate virtual encounters. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic medical terminology knowledge, and ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct and indirect patient care activities under supervision.

• May participate in telehealth encounters and use electronic systems (Epic, Vidyo).
