Qualifications

• CNA certification as PA requirement or RN without a BSN considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under RN supervision with a focus on safety and comfort.
• Assist with activities of daily living and daily rounds.
• Monitor vital signs, report abnormalities to nursing staff, and document care.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient/ family education.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, ensure privacy and dignity of patients.
