Qualifications

• Must be 18+ or 17 with HS diploma/GED
• Completion of CNA program or clinical rotations or Allina CNA Academy or prior direct patient care experience

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care/interventions as assigned.
• Completes interventions with identified critical elements.
• Responds promptly to patient call lights.
• Distributes water, snacks and patient trays; assists with meals.
• Assists with grooming, hygiene and mobility.
• Supports fall prevention as per plan of care.
• Collects and saves specimens; assists with admissions/transfers/discharges.
