Responsibilities

• Critically reviews patient care documentation and reports significant changes to a nurse or physician.
• Performs clerical tasks including organizing workload, greeting visitors, and transcribing physician orders.
• Provides clinical support such as cleaning, stocking, and transporting patients and supplies.
• Provides direct patient care per plan of care including vital signs, hygiene, and basic nursing tasks.
