Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver essential and dignified personal care, promoting patient comfort, mobility and independence.
• Communicate critical changes in patient status swiftly to nursing staff for rapid intervention.
• Document all patient care activities, vital signs and observations accurately for continuity of care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, well-stocked patient environment and ensure equipment is prepared and functioning.
