Job summary

Aultman Health Foundation is seeking a Part Time night shift patient care assistant in Canton, Ohio. You will support the patient care team under RN supervision and assist with daily living activities, specimen collection, and basic testing per physician orders.

Responsibilities include helping with ambulation, meals, hygiene, and safety, documenting in Cerner, and assisting with patient transfers and monitoring as directed. Must have HS diploma and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required or equivalent.
• BLS/CPR certification (AHA) required or able to obtain.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document care.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care team under RN supervision.
• Perform activities of daily living and personal care.
• Collect specimens and perform limited tests per physician orders.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, meals, and hygiene.
• Document care in Cerner and monitor patient condition.
