Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is High School Diploma or GED.
• Six months recent experience in direct patient care activities or completion of LVHN's inexperienced technical partner course.
• Ability to follow directions and provide accurate reports.
• Attainment and maintenance of unit-specific competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and related activities for designated patients under RN supervision.
• Observe and communicate findings, changes, or problems to the RN.
• Support unit-based patient experience goals and hospital objectives.
• Perform validated technical skills and participate in team-based care delivery.
