Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; CPR/BLS certification required.
• CPR certification is required; Basic PC skills for EMR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist in activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility) and support patient safety.
• Assist with delegated nursing tasks per RN instructions; collect data and document in EMR.
• Support visitors and staff and ensure unit supplies and equipment are ready for patient care.
