Qualifications

• Direct patient care under the delegation and/or supervision of a nurse/healthcare provider.

Responsibilities

• Direct care including vital signs, glucose checks, and intake/output.
• Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Maintain stocked, clean, and orderly care areas.
