Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL is seeking a Patient Care Assistant for night shifts (7pm–7:30am) with rotating weekends and holidays. This role supports patients with daily living activities and basic nursing tasks under the supervision of the RN.

Qualifications include CNA certification, HS diploma, and preferred phlebotomy/EKG/BLS credentials; prior acute care experience is a plus. Competitive benefits and total rewards accompany this position.

Formación

• Phlebotomy certification preferred at hire.
• EKG certification preferred at hire.
• BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and kept current.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Minimum six months experience in acute care hospital or physician’s office preferred.

Responsabilidades

• The Patient Care Assistant assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care, and helps maintain a safe environment under RN direction.
