Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration.
• Three years of experience in Patient Access within a medical office setting.
• Experience with insurance eligibility systems.
• Three years of utilization of medical terminology in a job setting.
• Knowledge of medical billing codes.
• One year knowledge of Epic Applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Complete financial clearance functions and register unscheduled visits by collecting demographics, insurance, and patient liability at time of service.
• Support Revenue Cycle operations with accurate data entry and documentation.
