Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to function independently.
• Clerical, data entry and typing skills including filing and record keeping.
• One or more years of registration or related clerical/health care experience is preferred when accompanied by HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Some knowledge of computer systems.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
• Flexibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to complete tasks with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and/or representatives to obtain necessary personal, demographic and financial information.
• Perform computer data entry and other record keeping tasks related to patient registration.
• Maintain Service Excellence Standards in all interactions.
