Job summary

You will work with water systems, valves, thermometers, gauges, and conveyors, record HACCP and temperature readings every 45 minutes, adjust cooling and troubleshoot equipment, and maintain a clean, safe work area according to safety rules. Strong English literacy and basic math are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Math skills including fractions.

Responsibilities

• Operate switch box controls to start pasteurizer and monitor temperature.
• Record temperature readings and HACCP checks every 45 minutes.
• Adjust cold water volume to optimize cooling with minimal water usage.
• Inspect gauges and replace as needed; keep records of jars and issues.
• Maintain a clean workspace and follow safety rules and company policies.
