Job summary

Aptar Italia S.P.A. is seeking a Parts Crib Attendant at our Mukwonago, WI facility to support maintenance and production operations.

The role involves issuing spare parts, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with purchasing and stocking functions to ensure technicians have timely access to needed materials. Key duties include receiving items, processing transactions in the inventory system, and helping with cycle counts and stock level monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must possess high school diploma or GED.
• Previous inventory control, warehouse, or stockroom experience preferred.
• Experience working with inventory systems or SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue spare parts, hardware, gauges, and maintenance supplies to authorized employees and maintain accurate records of issued/returned parts.
• Receive incoming spare parts/materials and enter transactions into the inventory system and store materials in designated bin locations.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts; monitor stock levels and keep appropriate levels.
• Create purchase requisitions for maintenance/crib inventory and assist with ordering stock items and tracking back orders.
• Assist in preparing parts kits for planned maintenance work orders and process items for repair/return to vendors.
• Deliver packages and materials within the facility and maintain crib/storage housekeeping; perform related duties.
