Job summary

Midwest Peterbilt Group in Sioux City, IA is seeking a Parts Night Counter Sales associate for a full-time, nights position. You will assist customers, identify parts, process orders, and support both front and back counter operations to keep service flowing after hours.

Responsibilities include sourcing parts, managing backorders, and communicating substitutions or delays to the shop and customers. High school diploma and strong computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior parts or customer service experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and internal customers in identifying and purchasing correct parts.
• Answer calls with pricing, availability, and product information; process orders, returns, credits.
• Fill parts orders for technicians and internal repair orders; stage parts for service work.
• Verify accuracy of parts issued, returned, and credited; monitor backorders.
• Maintain organized, safe work area and support night shift workflow.
