Job summary

Controlled Contamination Services in Bothell, WA is seeking a part-time janitor to perform general cleaning of interior buildings, lobby areas, restrooms and contracted spaces during night shifts.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math ability for unit-based tasks, and strict adherence to safety rules. Daily duties include trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces and reporting any hazards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or one year related experience.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s.
• Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash and replace liners.
• Vacuum, mop, strip and wax, and sweep all floor areas.
• Dust, wall spot, clean all glass, polish, sanitize all areas.
• Wash, clean, wipe down, sponge, rinse, scour and disinfect any assigned work area.
• Note and report all areas in need of repair and any hazardous condition requiring correction.
• Adhere to all safety rules and requirements and all policies and procedures.
• Report all damage to customer property, suspicious activities and unsafe conditions within their work area to the supervisor.
• All other duties as defined by supervisor.
