Job summary

National Maintenance Contractors is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning teams in the Seattle area. The role supports operations across multiple accounts, ensuring high-quality cleaning standards and client satisfaction.

Expect a 4pm–1am shift (~40 hours/week) with both part-time and full-time benefits. Safety, background checks, and proper PPE are required to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak English.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
• Drug testing required.
• Driver’s license/DMV review required.
• Live scan fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting/communicating with cleaning employees
• Travelling account to account
• Maintaining client relationships
• Ordering supplies/materials for accounts
• Reviewing/approving timekeeping
• Cleaning restrooms
• Taking out the trash
• Sanitizing
• Mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming.
