Job summary

Akron Children's is seeking a Registered Neurodiagnostic Technologist to perform EEG studies and maintain diagnostic equipment. This part-time role involves collecting patient information, applying electrodes, and ensuring high-quality EEG recordings.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, EEG registration, and experience in EEG testing. This position is on-site with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited Electroneurodiagnostic Program or job structured EEG training is required.
• EEG registration (R. EEG T.) and BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collect and customize patients' medical information for tests.
• Accurately apply electrodes using the 10-20 system.
• Perform high quality EEGs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot diagnostic equipment.
