Qualifications

• Ability to mix paints, match colors and operate paint equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Select paint per company requirements, build books, and match colors.
• Mix paints to match specifications and adjust for proper flow and coating.
• Remove grease, dirt, and rust preparing surfaces for painting.
• Fill spray guns and adjust nozzles for correct coating thickness.
• Monitor for flaws and address paint issues promptly.
