This role emphasizes safety, GMP/HACCP compliance, and teamwork. No prior experience required, but basic reading, arithmetic, and ability to lift up to 30 lbs are important for success.

Qualificações

• No prior experience or education required.
• Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words in English.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.
• Ability to perform these operations using units of American weight measurement.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in oral form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving one concrete variable in standardized situations.

Responsabilidades

• Pack finished high-quality frozen egg products into cases according to customer specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on the product and packaging using a computerized system.
• Read scales and check case weights according to customer specifications.
• Lift and carry up to 30 lbs safely.
• Work in teams ensuring the conveyor system operates smoothly without jams.
• Rotate to different positions during shift.
• Ensure product meets specifications and take corrective action as needed.
• Adhere to GMP and HACCP guidelines to maintain sanitary conditions and product quality.
• Report conditions affecting food safety or quality to management.
