Formación

• Able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills to perform counts and verify weights.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety regulations and workplace safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Sort, count, and pack frozen egg products according to customer specifications while maintaining pace with machinery.
• Operate near ovens to prepare egg patties and omelets for freezing.
• Conduct quality checks on product and packaging, including case weights.
• Inspect products for proper size, shape, color, and overall quality; remove nonconforming items.
• Rotate through different production positions as scheduled during the shift.
• Work collaboratively to ensure smooth conveyor flow and prevent jams.
• Lift and carry materials or products weighing up to 30 lbs safely.
• Follow GMP, HACCP and sanitary standards to ensure product quality and SQF compliance.
• Report conditions affecting food safety, product quality, or safety to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety policies.
