Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Packer to safely package lids and place finished KD boxes on the conveyor, following customer specs and quality standards. You will inspect lids, ensure correct counts, and support automated packing tasks while maintaining safe operations.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to work in shifts, and teamwork to meet production goals. The position includes a retention bonus and a night shift differential to reward performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high paced and multi-tasking environment.
• Maintains positive team environment.
• Demonstrates organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to perform essential physical functions of the job.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company safety and quality standards.
• Inspect lids and place in boxes accurately.
• Operate packing equipment and assist with changeovers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pack station.
• Record production data and assist in shift handoffs.
• Support Quality during product design changes and audits.
• Assist other packers during breaks and peak times.
