Job summary

Abbott Nutrition in Casa Grande, Arizona is seeking a Packaging Equipment Operator for the 12-hour night shift. You will operate filling, processing and sterilizing equipment, monitor sterility and complete work orders while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

You will collaborate with your team to meet production targets, replenish materials, perform basic sanitation tasks, and ensure compliance with FDA and Abbott policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of production experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safety operation of production equipment for filling, processing and sterilizing.
• Monitors charts and performs tests to assure sterility.
• Completes work orders and related documentation accurately.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
• Communicates effectively with department and plant staff.
• Maintains and replenishes production materials.
• Performs general housekeeping and sanitation tasks.
