Responsibilities

• Ensure eggshell dividers are cleaned and sanitized prior to use.
• Fill product bags and place into lined cases.
• Weigh and label cases with end labels, then place on strapping machine.
• Stack cases weighing up to 50lbs with clean dividers.
• Use pallet jack or hand jack to move pallets to storage areas (blast/freezer/cooler).
