Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. in Mebane, NC is hiring an Entry Level Packaging Operator for a 6-month contract on W2. The role is 40 hours per week, night shift (Mon-Thu 9pm–7am) with overtime on some Fridays.

You will manually inspect, label, and package clinical and commercial products, ensuring packaging complies with procedures and quality specs. Maintain records, assist with inventory, and participate in safety discussions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of industry work experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work in a team and document clearly.
• Willing to work nights and overtime.
• Familiar with basic computer software.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, label, and package clinical and commercial products manually.
• Package finished products to meet demand and specifications.
• Ensure packaging follows procedures and quality specifications.
• Inspect in-process packaging and remove defective items.
• Maintain documentation for packaging activities and inventory counts.
• Perform batch-record calculations.
• Assist with inventory counts and participate in safety audits.
• Clean packaging station and equipment regularly.
• Follow PPE and contamination controls.
• Handle hazardous waste as appropriate.
