Job summary

Winland Foods in Fair Lawn, NJ is seeking an Entry Production Team Member - Bulk Packer to support our packaging operations. You will operate packaging equipment and help ensure products meet quality and safety standards.

This full-time role offers shift 3rd (11:00 pm–7:30 am) with overtime, with a wage of $22.27 per hour, and requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience. Forklift certification is preferred for advanced levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery (depalletizers, palletizers, conveyors, forklifts).
• Complete equipment changeovers and address operational issues quickly.
• Follow FIFO inventory methods, manage materials, and record shipments in SAP.
• Inspect products for correct labeling, alignment, and packaging.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and company safety policies.
