Debbie's Staffing in Rural Hall, NC is seeking a 3rd Shift Packer to work on the packing line, ensuring products are labeled, sorted, and packaged efficiently. You will be part of a team, maintaining quality and throughput on the line.

Hours are 8:00pm–6:00am, Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed. Pay rate is $15.00 per hour, and pay is weekly. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork on a fast-paced production line.

Qualifikationen

• Must pass all new hire screenings.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must follow PPE requirements (steel toe shoes).

• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and adherence to specs.
• Packing: Operate packaging equipment to bag, box, or containerize items.
• Labeling and Sorting: Apply labels and sort products by type.
• Material Handling: Move packaging materials and products safely.
• Safety: Follow PPE and safety protocols to maintain a safe area.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Keep packing area clean and equipment maintained.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with production teammates for smooth workflow.
