Job summary

ID Logistics in Ocala, FL is hiring for a Packager. The role involves sorting, verifying, packaging, labeling and weighing items per pack sizes and customer requirements. You will use scanners and WMS data to prepare orders and keep a clean, safe workspace while meeting quality standards.

The position runs on the Wed-Sat 6:30pm–5:00am shift, pays $16.25 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential, and includes a benefits package (401(k), health and life insurance, paid time off, vision).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Must be able to work in a varied, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs and sit/stand for long periods.
• Follow PPE standards in the distribution center (steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, reflective vest, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort inventory into totes.
• Use scanners, computers, and handheld printers.
• Consult pick sheets and WMS to determine items to move or pick for orders.
• Lift up to 50+ lbs and maneuver items with carts or hand trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
