Job summary

Southeast Health is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support patient care during the night shift. Responsibilities include assisting with patient comfort and personal care while contributing to smooth department operations for a 0.9 FTE schedule.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and completion of a nursing assistant program; BCLS certification and PC skills are preferred to support daily tasks in a Windows environment.

Qualifications

• Successful course completion in Basic Cardiac Life Support.
• Annual completion of established competency requirements.
• Ability to function under stressful situations.
• Experience in operating personal computers, including Windows software (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs various patient care activities and related duties necessary to care for the personal needs and comfort of the patient and for the efficient operation of the department.
