Job summary

Southeast Health seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to help with daily patient care and comfort in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will support nurses with routine tasks, monitor patient conditions, and ensure a clean, safe environment for patients and visitors.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and completion of a nursing assistant program or related coursework. Evening shift with 0.9 FTE may be available to cover overnight hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of nursing assistant training or related coursework preferred.
• Experience with patient care and basic clinical skills considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming) and comfort.
• Provide routine nursing tasks under supervision to support the care team.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean and safe patient environment and document care activities.
