Job summary

Webstaurantstore is seeking a 3rd shift Outbound Material Handler in Cumberland, MD for a short-term, 6-month contract. The role involves locating and pulling items, using handheld scanners and ERP, and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts to fulfill daily orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.

The position is eligible for a $3.00/hour bonus for all hours worked, paid at the end of the contract upon full completion.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in distribution/warehouse environment preferred.
• No degree required.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and order pickers.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve items from racking using handheld scanners and ERP system.
• Sort and consolidate picked items for shipment.
• Pack products securely and accurately for shipping.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners following safety protocols.
• Meet performance standards for efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow company policies.
