Job summary

You will lead surgical teams, coordinate care, monitor patient status, and collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to ensure safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as an Operating Room RN.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Ability to take charge and coordinate care overnight in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care throughout all phases of surgical procedures.
• Assume charge responsibilities overnight, including resource allocation, staff support, and patient assignment coordination.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, promptly responding to emergent situations.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide optimal care.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment at all times.
