Job summary

InfiniSource Consulting Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Night OR Nurse to plan and deliver patient care in the operating room. The role involves collaboration with the surgical team, pre-operative assessments, and both scrubbing and circulating duties to support safe procedures.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree, Maryland RN licensure (or Compact state), and BLS certification, with at least 1 year of surgical experience. Night shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN/MSN within required timeframe.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in a surgical setting (scrubbing and circulating).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver patient care in the OR.
• Collaborate with surgical team to develop individualized care plans.
• Perform pre-operative assessments reviewing histories and conducting exams.
• Perform scrub functions including instrument handling.
• Perform circulating functions including monitoring and communication of patient condition.
• Monitor vital signs and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Assist with specimen collection, processing and documentation.
• Educate patients and family.
• Plan continuum of care.

What You Will Need

Required:
