Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking an Operations Technician to maintain mining data center equipment and plant facilities. This hands‑on role involves diagnosing, repairing, and testing production machines on a dynamic floor with strict safety and maintenance processes.

The position is full‑time on site with a compressed work week (12‑hour shifts) including a paid night differential, requiring physical stamina and the ability to work in a high‑heat, high‑noise environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on ability.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems, replace/repair parts, and test equipment with urgency.
• Install and maintain production machines (miners) and facility equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and scheduled maintenance during service windows.
• Tag assets and keep asset tracking software logs current.
• Provide daily reports on equipment operations and maintenance.
