Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Multi Unit Site Leader to oversee retail and Micro Fulfillment Centers, driving operations excellence, staffing, and customer experience. You will lead a team of operation associates, partner with capacity planning, and report to the Regional Manager.

This role requires 5+ years in retail or operations, multi-site leadership, travel up to 90%, and flexibility for peak hours. We offer strong benefits and a fast-paced environment where you can shape local success and P&L

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail, supply chain, operations, consulting, or data-driven project management.
• Leadership and management experience with multi-location teams.
• Proven ability to develop, manage and retain high-performing employees.
• Strong analytical ability and motivational skills in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel at least 90% of the time.
• Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules and be available during peak hours (evenings) and weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support local Operation Associates daily to direct day-to-day operations in retail and/or MFC environments.
• Coach and develop teams to improve and take on new roles and responsibilities.
• Develop talent through performance management and succession planning.
• Track key metrics and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
• Serve as liaison between rollout and local execution and other department leaders.
• Ensure staffing levels are appropriate and anticipate needs.
