Qualifications

• BLS Provider credential within 30 days of hire date.
• Chemotherapy credential from Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) within 180 days of hire date.
• Indiana Registered Nurse license obtained prior to hire date.

Responsibilities

• Administer complex cancer therapies, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy, following safety protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and manage side effects to address adverse reactions and discomfort.
• Coordinate holistic care plans and discharge needs across multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage central venous access devices and infusion technology to ensure safety.
• Maintain detailed medical records with care orders and treatment updates.
