Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking an on-site Virtual Monitoring Attendant to join our team of mission-driven healthcare innovators. This role involves continuous remote monitoring of patients via camera, supporting nursing staff to ensure safety and comfort.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with nursing and patient-care teams, maintain up to 16-patient surveillance, and uphold privacy and confidentiality. Night shift is 12 hours, full-time, with weekend/holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Capable of continuous monitoring of up to 16 patients at one time.
• Ability to communicate verbally, calmly and courteously in stressful situations.
• Ability to work independently maintaining accuracy, consistency and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintains visual observation at all times and monitors patient behaviors.
• Provides for patient comfort, safety, dignity, privacy and confidentiality.
• Verbally redirects patient over digital 2-way audio device and notifies nursing staff as needed.
