Job summary

AHI Facility Services, Inc. is seeking team members for flexible evening cleaning across multiple Austin locations.

Shifts are 2 hours per office after 6pm, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, waste removal, and safe chemical use. Must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the U.S., have reliable transportation and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean/maintain floors (vacuum, mop, carpet spotting).
• Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing).
• Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport waste to proper disposal areas).
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and adhere to all safety precautions when mixing cleaning solutions.

• Use cleaning chemicals safely and adhere to all safety precautions when mixing cleaning solutions
• Represent facility in a positive manner, able to follow oral instructions, pleasant, tactful, courteous, and cooperative with supervisor, co-workers, customers, security, and management
• Perform other general cleaning duties as needed
