Job summary

Ahi-Facility-Services, Inc. 4 is seeking team members for flexible evening cleaning shifts across multiple locations in Austin.

The role requires you to work Monday through Friday with an after-6pm start, approximately two hours per office, and the ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Ideal candidates are at least 18, legally eligible to work in the U.S., with reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must Pass Background check.
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for duration of shift.
• Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing).
• Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas).
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and adhere to all safety precautions when mixing cleaning solutions.
• Represent facility in a positive manner, able to follow oral instructions, pleasant, tactful, courteous, and cooperative with supervisor, co-workers, customers, security, and management.
• Perform other general cleaning duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain surfaces including dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, and polishing metal/wood.
• Empty trash and recycle bins and transport waste to proper disposal areas.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow safety precautions when mixing solutions.
• Represent facility positively and follow oral instructions; be pleasant and cooperative with staff and customers.
• Perform other general cleaning duties as needed.
