Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team as a full-time night-shift nurse. The RN will provide and coordinate evidence-based care across the care continuum, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.

We require an ASN with BSN preferred, an active Indiana RN license or NLC, and BLS certification. Relocation incentives are available and growth opportunities exist within IU Health's expansive system.

Qualifications

• ASN is required; BSN is preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or an active NLC RN license.
• BLS certification through the AHA is required.
• Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate evidence-based nursing care across the care continuum, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Participate in decision-making, teaching, mentoring and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and efficiency.
• Adhere to ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.
• Support operational efficiency and uphold organizational policies and compliance standards.
