Job summary

LocumTenens.com invites qualified obstetricians-gynecologists for a night-shift, on-site assignment in a Level III Trauma Center with a NICU and dedicated OB ED. The role requires board certification and full-scope obstetric/gynecologic coverage, including 24-hour call on weekends.

The assignment entails 3 weeks and 3 weekends per month, with an approximate 60 deliveries per month, and close collaboration with Labor and Delivery RNs. This locum position begins in 2027.

Qualifications

• Board-certified OB/GYN required.
• Experience with full-scope obstetric/gynecologic care on a hospital floor.
• Night shift with on-site coverage and 24-hour call expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic coverage on a night shift.
• Maintain continuous on-site availability during designated coverage periods.
• Coordinate with Labor and Delivery staff for deliveries and patient care.
• Deliveries expected around 60 per month as per assignment.
