Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility.
• Previous House Supervisor experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, leadership, direction, and supervision for all nursing care on their shift.
• Serve as the on-site administrator during off hours (weekends, holidays, nights) with oversight of hospital operations.
• Coordinate admissions and discharges and respond to emergency codes to ensure quality of care.
• Oversee overall patient safety and care standards across units.
