Job summary

Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane is seeking a Nurse Leader to act in the absence of administrative personnel and oversee nursing operations.

You will assist in planning, implementing and evaluating patient care delivery, support development of nursing staff, and report to a Nursing Manager or Director while ensuring quality and throughput in hospital departments. This per-diem night role requires at least 1 year of leadership experience and WA RN licensure upon hire.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington RN license upon hire.
• AHA BLS certification upon hire.
• 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Act in the absence of hospital administrative personnel and department managers.
• Assist in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care delivery.
• Support administrative direction to development and evaluation of nursing personnel.
• Maintain operational aspects of hospital departments, including patient throughput.
• Report to a Nursing Manager or Director.
