Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee patient care on evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role works as the clinical resource, coordinating with medical staff and support services to maintain optimal patient care and environmental conditions.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in Nursing with a preference for Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees, and RN licensure with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN required with an associated degree; bachelor’s and/or master’s preferred.
• Licensure as Registered Nurse (RN) in state; BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care through nursing process; ensure high-acuity patient care.
• Act as off-shift patient care representative and address patient/family issues.
• Coordinate with medical staff and support services to ensure optimal care and environment.
• Notify Administrator-On-Call of serious issues, incidents, and disasters.
