Job summary

The Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana (RHI) is seeking a Nursing Rehabilitation Technician for night shift to support the interdisciplinary team in patient care and recovery.

Responsibilities include observing patient needs, documenting care, assisting with personal care, and ensuring timely communication with licensed staff. Night hours are 6:00pm–6:30am, three shifts per week with every third weekend.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CNA or medical assistant experience preferred but not required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Observes and reports patient comfort and safety needs to assist staff nurses.
• Recognizes changes in health status and supports the patient plan of care.
• Assists with personal care and rehabilitation concepts to meet patient needs.
• Completes documentation in a timely manner to support medical records.
• Responds to licensed professionals and calls lights promptly.
• Focuses on patient satisfaction during all interactions.

Education
