• Provide direct and indirect patient care as delegated by the Registered Nurse.
• Perform routine tasks such as bathing, hygiene, toileting, feeding, hydration, ambulation and positioning.
• Support patient safety and satisfaction by participating in regular rounds and communicating with the care team.
