Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.

• Performs direct and indirect patient care tasks as delegated by the Registered Nurse.
• Supports patient safety and satisfaction through rounds and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care such as bathing, hygiene, nutrition feeding and hydration.
• Assist with elimination, toileting, ambulation and positioning.
• Conduct regular patient rounds and communicate effectively with the care team.
