UF Health Shands Homecare in Leesburg is seeking a Nursing Assistant to join the Cardiac Medical Unit and support patients with essential care and comfort during their stay. You will work alongside nurses to provide hands-on patient care and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Under RN direction, you will assist with daily living activities and nursing procedures. A high school diploma or GED is required, CNA licensure is preferred, and BLS certification is required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Post-high-school specialized training preferred.
• Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred.
• BLS required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic physical care and nursing procedures under supervision of RNs.
• Assist with patient comfort measures and maintain a safe, organized care environment.
• Direct patient support and assist the nursing team in the Cardiac Medical Unit.
