Select Specialty Hospital in Charleston, WV is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA/NA) for night shift on the 7-7 schedule. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and pay of $16.00–$19.50 per hour with night/weekend differentials.

This hospital delivers critical illness recovery care, with extensive orientation and options for career growth. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, feeding, rounds, patient transport, and maintaining clean patient rooms and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or relevant work experience (3+ years).
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Bath patients using basin-less bath products and assist with oral hygiene and hair care.
• Take hourly rounds and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Transport patients to treatment areas and assist in moving patients using stretchers and wheelchairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of patient rooms and equipment.
• Assist with inventory and stocking of supplies as directed.
