Job summary

Camden Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Night Shift Floor Staff Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our caring team. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, you will plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care, health education, and services for residents.

Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, coordinating unit care, administering medications, transcribing orders, and performing health assessments.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN or LPN license required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and services provided by CNAs and other staff.
• Coordinate nursing care for residents on the unit.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions.
• Transcribe and coordinate physician orders.
• Perform nursing assessments and notify physician of changes.
• Develop and implement a plan of care based on assessment.
• Institute nursing interventions to stabilize residents and prevent complications.
• Contribute to resident assessments (MDS/CAA) and care plan development.
